As a suburb of New York City, it’s no surprise that, even here in Greenwich, people are fired up about the Knicks being in the NBA finals! We’re in for a hot weekend, so if you want to watch the game with other fans without trekking into the city in 90 degree weather, here are some sports bars in our area to consider.
In Greenwich:

Bosco’s Bar & Grill – 148 Sound Beach Ave., Old Greenwich, CT
Bosco’s (formerly McKenzie’s and O.G. Social) is a family-friendly neighborhood tavern featuring a large bar with multiple TVs, a full dining menu, and great casual bar environment.

Little Pub – 531 E. Putnam Ave., Cos Cob, CT
Little Pub has delicious food and a bar with 24 beers on tap. The bar at the Greenwich location isn’t the largest, so be sure to get there early if you want a seat.

Bruce Park Grill – 231 Bruce Park Ave., Greenwich, CT
A classic dive bar, Bruce Park Grill is known for its bar pizza and shuffleboard – as well as a true townie crowd.

Greenwich Brewing Company – 109 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich, CT
A newer spot in town, Greenwich Brewing Co. is a craft brewery on Greenwich Avenue with multiple TVs to watch the Knick’s game.
Outside Greenwich:
There are plenty of places in lower Fairfield County, CT to watch the game, but here are some of our favorites.

Half Full Third Place – 575 Pacific St., Stamford, CT
Watch the game at the indoor bar with plenty of TVs to beat the heat, or enjoy the (dog-friendly) outdoor space where staff sets up a projector to watch major sporting events. Great beers and great food just up the road from Stamford’s Harbor Point neighborhood.

Bobby V’s Restaurant & Sports Bar – 268 Atlantic St., Stamford, CT
A true sports bar on a larger scale. 200+ TV screens and 32 draft beers to choose from. This is an excellent choice in Stamford for watching the Knicks game due to its size.

Bradford’s Grill & Tavern – 83 Bedford St., Stamford, CT
Two bars and more than 30 TVs make this the perfect place to watch the NBA finals in Stamford. Plus, you can walk to any of the numerous other bars and restaurants on the street if you need a change of scenery. Tigin’s, Brickhouse, Bobby V’s, Tiernan’s, and Buffalo Wild Wings are all just a few minutes’ walk.

Vinny’s Backyard Restaurant and Bar – 1078 Hope St., Stamford, CT
If you want to stay away from downtown Stamford but still want to watch the game with tons of other Knicks fans, this is the place. It’s a dive bar, but it’s a good size and has plenty of TVs to keep an eye on the game.

37-time award-winning wings and classic sports bar energy in the heart of South Norwalk. Enjoy the game at full volume and specials throughout the NBA playoffs.

O’Neill’s Irish Pub – 93 N. Main St., Norwalk, CT
Find this classic Irish pub up the road from The Blind Rhino. The large bar room is a plus.

A favorite of mine! This beer garden has plenty of seating, great drinks, and tons of fun activities. They’re also hosting World Cup watch parties, so consider calling ahead to make sure they’ll be showing the NBA finals, too.

Space Cat Brewing Co. Taproom & Beer Garden – 57 Chestnut St., Norwalk, CT
A hidden gem in comparison to 314 Beer Garden. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, but you’ll have to post up inside to watch the game.
