If you are looking for an agent to help with buying (and selling), look no further. Roseann is THE one to go to. We looked at houses for over a year until we found the right one, and not only was she actively sending us the opportunities as they were coming to market (sometimes even before they became public, she is well connected), she had the patience to really understand what we were looking for, and she did not hesitate to give us remarkable insights on whether the houses were "worth" what they were listed for, and considering the current market, what would be the right offer to make. Her negotiations skills are on point as well, and it helps that she knows a lot of the REALTORS, so she can connect very quickly with listing agents and make offers or get feedback. Roseann also helped us find and buy our new house. She understood what we would want better than we did. Roseann taught us how to read the house descriptions so that we could focus on homes that would meet our requirements. Roseann was patient and prepared to show us any home we wanted to see. She made insightful observations about features or issues we should consider for our purchase. When we found the house we wanted, Roseann gave us great advice on the bidding process to get the house but not overpay.
